Pricing of Memberships
The following is our initial price schedule, which will be available for a limited period time for registered licensees and reserved memberships. Preregister now to lock in these prices.
Discounts are granted to commercial and financial members when they enroll through a licensee. Licensees are not required to charge for commercial memberships; as such, they can negotiate how much of the discount goes to their firm or to the commercial member. However, our licensees are required to charge (per our price list) for Financial and Analyst memberships.
Accrual of Annual Fees
Annual fees will not begin accruing until the member is enrolled and setup with a valid user name and password; and also not until sufficient public data content and statistics are available for analysis. By way of a specific threshold, when at least 15 “public” companies can be downloaded or over 30 anonymous entries of stats from private companies are processed within the first 3 digits of the commercial members’ SIC code, then the fee will begin accruing. Licensees will not accrue any charges until the majority of members enrolled by them meet those criteria. All unearned fees and deposits are completely refundable at any time for any reason.
